The agency provides skilled nursing services, Home Health Aid, CNA/CMT, medication management, life skills coaching, assistance with daily living, and more. The agency assures that the staff is prepared, well-trained, and qualified with the experience needed for these specialized services that are considered to be complex nursing care services. The agency offers all areas of care as needed and as recommended by the physician and desired by the client and the client’s family or proponent. The agency seeks to provide these services to clients who desire to remain and live independently in their own homes. Our agency serves both adults and children.

United Residential Service Agency LLC has developed these policies and procedures to ensure that the staff is prepared, and each knows and understands the instructions provided for use by the staff to ensure that the needs of each client are met as required in COMAR 10.07.05 for residential service agencies and regulated by the Department.
